Casablanca is conveniently located for taking your Morocco grand tour and visiting the Imperial Cities, Chefchaouen, and the Sahara desert. Casablanca is the economic capital and the largest city in Morocco. It is located in the central-western part of Morocco, bordering the Atlantic Ocean.

Day1: Casablanca-Rabat(Morocco grand tour)

You will start your Morocco Grand Tour from Casablanca, where you’ll visit the Hassan II Mosque. Following that, we’ll travel to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Where You’ll visit the Hassan Tower and the Oudaya Kasbah before checking into your riad in Medina. Overnight in our hotel/riad.

Day 2: Rabat-Assilah-Chefchaouen(Morocco grand tour)

We will drive to Chefchaouen via Asilah after breakfast in your riad. The majority of the trip will be along the coast. Our first stop will be in Asilah, where you will have the opportunity to explore the city. Asilah is well-known for its long sandy beach, whitewashed medina, and international festivals. Your tour includes the Skalla fortress, from which you will have a spectacular view of the Medina and the sea. If time allows, we will drive through Tangier to get a sense of the city. Afterwards, we will continue From Chefchaouen, over the foothills of the Rif Mountains. Overnight at Casa Perleta or similar accommodation.

Day 3: Exploring Chefchaouen

After breakfast in your riad, you will begin exploring Chefchaouen, Morocco’s blue city. Chefchaouen is a lovely and distinct city, with white walls and blue doors and windows. Chefchaouen, unlike many other parts of Morocco, was occupied by Spain, so there is a strong influence of Spanish civilization and Moorish architecture. After that,You will have some free time in the afternoon to relax or go shopping. Spend the night at Casa Perleta or a similar place.

Day 4 : Chefchaouen -Volubilis-Meknes

After breakfast, we’ll leave the Blue City for Volubilis, where we’ll explore the Roman ruins and the Moroocan historical archeological site before continuing to Meknes for lunch, a brief walking tour of the Old Medina, Bab el Mansour, and Moulay Ismail’s Shrine before retiring for the night.

Day 5 : Meknes-Fez(Morocco grand tour)

After breakfast, we depart Meknes for the oldest Moroccan city, Fez, where you will have a full day with a tour guide to explore the medina and the well-known souks of the city. Following that, you’ll see some of Fes’ most stunning palaces and structures. Your tour guide will also take you to a tannery and a ceramic cooperative where you can see how real Moroccan crafts are made.

Day 6: Fes-Azrou-Midlet-Ziz Valley-Merzouga

Today, you will enjoy a rich breakfast and relax before continuing our adventure trip toward the southeast to Merzouga. A night spent at a riad in Merzouga, half-board. (HB)

Day 7: Merzouga area and the Camel trek

You can begin exploring the area,after having your breakfast at the hotel. You’ll visit the Gnawa people, who ”were originally brought from Sudan as slaves” to experience their music( gnawa music) and their lifestyle,  and where the lake of Merzouga with its beautiful birds is not far. We will also  visit the nomad wire house, where many Berber handicrafts are priced lower than in the big cities. In the afternoon, a camel trek guided by an experienced camel man is planned to pick you up to explore the Merzouga sand sea. Dinner and overnight in camp.

Day 8: Merzouga “ Todra Gorges “ Dades Valley

The best sunrise of your life may be waiting for you when your camel man wakes you up early in the morning. Then, as you ride back to Merzouga on the back of a camel, you can take in the magnificent Erg Chebbi sand dunes as they change color throughout the day. You will leave the riad after breakfast and head to the Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra gorges, which are known as “the highest and narrowest cliffs in Morocco.” After lunch in the heart of the gorges,we will take a drive through the Dades Valley to see the magnificent sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as monkey toes. Spend the night in the Hotel/Riad.

Day 9: Dades Gorge “ Ouarzazate(Morocco grand tour)

After breakfast in the hotel, we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M’gouna and Ouarzazate. The road through Dades Valley is the path of the ‘one thousand kasbahs’, providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. We’ll make a stop in Kalaat Mgouna, the rose city, to buy rosewater( known for keeping people’s linen smelling fresh for a long time). We continue on to Skoura and the Birds Valley, where you’ll see the Kasbah Ameridil, a well-preserved kasbah in this region.

After some hiking in the valley, we will have lunch in a restaurant overlooking the whole valley. The tour continues to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa because of its geographic location and stunning surroundings, which have drawn many renowned film producers. Here you may choose to visit the studios, containing props used in movies you may have already seen, such as The Mummy, Gladiator, and the Last Temptation of Christ. Overnight accommodation will be in a local riad.

Day 10: Ouarzazate “ Taroudant

After breakfast, we’ll travel to Taroudant via Taznakht, with a stop at Taliouine to see the Safran cooperative. If your visit coincides with the Safran harvest, you will be able to meet Berber women and their families harvesting safran in their fields. 

We should arrive in Taroudant in the afternoon, where we will see the ramparts and walk through the Medina’s small alleys. Taroudant is known as the “Little Marrakech” because most of its walls were built in the 16th century by the Saadian dynasty before they moved to the great “Red City.”

Day 11: Taroudant “ Essaouira

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Essaouira, stopping in Agadir for lunch. Agadir has a large, beautiful beach and has been a popular tourist destination for many years. 

In Agadir, we’ll take a short walk there before continuing on to Essaouira via the coastal route, which offers beautiful scenery and is known for its Argan oil. Along the road, you’ll also see herds of goats climbing Argan trees in search of riper food. Your overnight stay will be at a riad in Medina.

Day 12: Essaouira “ Essaouira

Before a town tour, breakfast will be served in your riad. You’ll see the Skala Fortress, the port, the souks, and Thuya wood carved by artisans while walking through the medina’s alleys and past hundreds of handicrafts. Essaouira is known as the City of Winds because of its strong winds most of the year, attracting surfers from all over the world. The city has been shaped by a variety of civilizations, including the Portuguese occupation, which is reflected in much of its architecture, but it still resembles a small village that has experienced a long and rich history. It is also known as Morocco’s “Jewel of the Atlantics” due to its size and distinctive blue doors. Our tour includes the Mellah, or Jewish headquarters, as well as a visit to the beach.

An annual Gnawa music festival is held in Essaouira, drawing musicians from all over the world. It usually begins in the third week of June, so if your trip coincides with this, you have the option of staying an extra day. 

After that, we unwind and enjoy a Moroccan-style lunch with freshly bought fish. You are free to go shopping or take a longer stroll to further explore on your own in the afternoon. Accommodations for the night in Medina Riads.

Day 13: Essaouira “ Marrakech

We’ll leave for Marrakech after a refreshing breakfast in your riad. On the way, “because this is the land of Argan culture,” we can stop by the women’s co-operative of Argan oil, where they extract the oil known for its culinary, cosmetic, and medicinal properties. When we arrive in Marrakesh, you relax and enjoy dinner before strolling through the famous square of Jemaa El fna, where magicians, storytellers, musicians, and snake charmers will entertain you. Spend the night in a riad in Medina.

Day 14: Exploring Marrakech(Morocco grand tour)

After breakfast, you can begin exploring Marrakech, Morocco’s red city. Your guide will take you to the most important historical and cultural sites, such as the Saadian tombs, the Palace of El Bahia, and the Ben Youssef Coranic School. Then we have lunch at a restaurant near the square, followed by a visit to the Majorelle Gardens and the Koutoubia Tower in the afternoon. Spend the night in a hotel or riad.

Day 15: Marrakech “ Airport Transfer

Depending on your departure time, we will drive you to the airport for your departure flight today.
