Upon arrival at Ouarzazate airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, the tour may begin the same day, or you will have time to rest and prepare for the journey ahead.
After breakfast, depart Ouarzazate and drive through Skoura and the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing Kelaa M’Gouna to reach the Dades Valley. Stop for lunch in Todra Gorge before continuing to Erfoud, known as the city of fossilized marble. In the evening, arrive in Merzouga for dinner and overnight at a hotel.
Explore the Erg Chebbi dunes and visit the galena mines of Mfis. Continue to fossil sites with Orthoceras and ammonites, and stop at the Erfoud marble factory. Optional camel rides at sunset provide stunning views of the desert. Overnight in Merzouga.
